Eligibility: There are two divisions for the New England Women's Amateur Championship. The Overall Championship division is open to players with a handicap index of 10.0 or less. The Senior Championship division is open to players 50 years of age or older, with a handicap index of 18.0 or less.
Entry Close Date: Entries and fully paid entry fees for both exempt and qualifying competitors must be received through the NEGA Online Entry process by 5:00 pm EST on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
Tees: There are two tee sets in the New England Women's Amateur Championship. The Championship Division is a gross-only competition played from approximately 5600 - 6000 yards (yardages subject to change). The Overall Champion, Runner-Up, and Junior Champion will be awarded from this tee set. The Senior Championship tee is a gross & net competition played from approximately 5400 - 5800 yards (yardages subject to change). The Senior & Legend Champion will be awarded from this tee. Each player has the option to select (if eligible) the tee set that they feel is more appropriate for their ability & enjoyment.
Championship Cut: The field will be cut to the low 50 players (and ties) after 36-holes. The 50 players will be made up of a prorated number of players from each division based on the number of players registered one-week prior to the 1st round of the Championship.
Prize Certificates will be awarded to the best gross players in the Championship Division and the best gross & net players in the Senior Championship Division. Prize Certificates are redeemable at the host club only and will be available immediately after the conclusion of play unless otherwise noted.
